Kiba sighed. "Fine," he said, walking ahead. He looked back and smiled. He turned, bounded back to her, and grabbed her scruff. He dragged her back towards the water and pull ed her until, until it was right over both of their paws. He let go of her scruff.

Sagina sighed in relief, following along behind him. She stared at him quizzically before letting out a shriek as he grabbed her; her claws digging into the ground -- fighting him every step of the way. Her fur stood on end as horror filled her heart, the water making her shiver. She only stood there as long as she had to before taking back off to dry land; tail between her legs and ears pinned as she turned back towards him; anger filling her as quickly as her fright had. "Why did you do that!?" she yelled, shaking. She stood for only a second longer before disappearing into the dens. Tears were in her eyes, but she fought them away as she curled up.

[Night]

Kiba's heart pounded. He watched her and quickly followed, only to be knocked over by Hougen. He snarled, but wuickly got back up and ran into the den. He laid down next to her and quickly nuzzled her and licked her cheek. "Sagina, I only did it to prove that water wont hurt you unless you let it," he said. "I knew you wouldn't come into the water if you asked and I had to show you one way. I'm sorry, I'm so sorry," he added, pressing his muzzle to hers.

Sagina turned away, facing the den wall as her rapid breathing began to slow. She was so nervous it was making her sick, and she felt like she was going to hurl. "Yeah, well the thing about sorry is that it always comes too late" she barked harshly, just before her body lurched and she gagged -- she felt like she was going to throw-up. She buried her head in between her paws, covering her eyes.

[Night]

Kiba looked at her. "They do, but they're better than nothing, aren't they?" he asked. He got up. "If you're going to get sick, than go ahead. Don't hold it in," he said, leaving the den and sitting outside. He looked around and then up at the sky. He sighed, wishing he had someone to talk to. He needed advice, badly.

Sagina didn't respond, but instead focused on fighting her nausea. Slowly -- oh so slowly -- she began to calm herself. And, like always, she slept away the stress -- giving up to her dreams even if she had only just woke up.

Lydia had been so far away and engrossed in her play that she didn't even notice anything wrong until she was bored. Noticing Kiba all by himself, she trotted over; jumping on his back. "What's up Kiba?" she asked, pulling at his ear.

[Night]

Kiba smiled at the pup. "Nothing, just hoping someone with good advice will come by soon. I need it, because everytime I'm near Sagina, I hurt her when I'm only trying to help," he said, laying down on the ground. He chuckled lightly to himself, a few tears running down his face. "I don't even know why I'm telling you this. You don't have any experience with love," he added, but quickly closed his mouth. The pups didn't know that him and Sagina liked each other like that.

[~*Dream*~]

Lydia dropped down and sat nearby, ears pricked. She had suspected that Kiba and Sagina were much closer than best friends, but her suspicions hadn't been confirmed till now. Lydia laid down across from him, tiny compared to his muscular frame. "Whatever you've done, I'm sure she'll forgive you -- Sagina's just awesome like that!" Lydia said happily, wagging her tail. "Between you and me, I think Sagina is quite the drama queen." she said, rolling her eyes.

[Night]

Kiba smiled and chuckled. "Yeah, but she's my drama queen," he said, looking at Lydia. "She's forgiven me many times before, but I don't want to just keep hurting her like this. I'm scared that one day she wont forgive me," he added, his ears drooping and his smile fading. His eyes practically held everything he felt. Sadness, worry, and anger, but it was more towards himself.

Lydia just shrugged, "Whatever, I'm only a pup, what do I know? Maybe you should talk to Mother, she's much better at this than I am." she said, getting up and shaking her coat out before walking over to her brothers -- she may have been a girl, but play fighting was one of her favorite past ties.

[Night]

Kiba sighed and shook his pelt. He got up and walked back into the den. He looked at Sagina. He closed his eyes and laid a few feet away from her, his heart hurt everytime he saw her like this. "Sagina, why do I hurt you all the time?" he asked, so quietly that he wasn't sure if she had heard him or not.

Roshi pounced on Lydia. He lightly grabbed her ear and began tugging on it, but was quickly knocked away.

Gin had Roshi's paw in his mouth as he lightly, playfully growled.

Sagina heard him walk in, and lifted her head to open her eyes. She heard him mumble, but nothing else; lowering her head she stared across at him, wondering what to say. Getting to her feet, she slowly walked over and sat next to him; tail curled around her feet. "I'm sorry for snapping at you, I know you were only trying to help." she said, licking his cheek.

Lydia shrugged and watched Kiba walk off, where she assumed Sagina to be. Lydia growled, baring her teeth as she turned to face her brothers; quickly pouncing on Roshi -- clamping her jaws around his scruff and pulling back. Her ears were pinned in mock-anger as they played.

[Night]

"That's not fair! That's double team," Roshi said, getting to his paws and shaking his scruff. He felt his brother let go of his tail.

Gin smiled and pounced on Lydia, grabbing one of her front legs.

Kiba looked at her. "I'm doing it all wrong, but that's how I learned. If I was afraid of something, than they would make me do whatever it was. Whether it's swimming or killing something," he said, leaning on her lightly.

Sagina smiled softly, a look of understanding in her eyes. "We are all different, Kiba. I'll probably never get over my fear, but that's okay. Swimming isn't something I need to be able to do anyway." she said, looking first at him and then out to the den entrance where she could hear the pups playing. "For now, however, you may want to go talk to Hougen about your stay here." she wasn't trying to make the mood any more melancholy than it was, but it had to be done eventually.

Lydia growled, lowering her head to grab Gin's ear; yanking at it playfully. Her fur stood on end, tail straight out as she bared her teeth.

Kiba nodded and got up. He walked out of the den and noticed Hougen and Genba gone. "Where are they?" he asked himself, looking around.

"They went for more pack members," Ryo said, walking up to him. "They'll be back later," she added, shaking her pelt.

Gin let go, giving a small yelp.

Roshi barked, although it was a bit high since he was a pup. He ran and rammed his shoulder into Lydia, hoping to knock her over. It was obvious he was getting a bit too excited.
