Sagina grunted incoherently, continuing to pace back and forth. "Sure." she said abruptly -- anyone could have sworn she had steam coming from her ears. She waited for Ryo to lead the way -- as she was most likely to get them lost if she did it.

Ryo walked forward, but stopped waiting for Sagina. She flashed the small pup a smile. It was a warm, assuring smile. She knew Sagina was upset and that she would just have to wait for the small pup to get over it before things went back to normal.

Sagina followed along, trying to smile softly. She was suddenly aware of what was going on around her. Birds chirped, and she could just hear something scurrying in the underbrush not far off. Nature's sounds was comforting in its own, and she slowly started to relax.

[Night]

Ryo walked further into the forest. She was looking around, getting used to the surroundings. Her paws were stepping lightly on the leaves, but mostly out of habit instead of anything. There was a log in the path. She jumped up over it, gracefully landing on the other side. She waited for Sagina to crawl under it using the space that it left.

Sagina, not even thinking about the actually diameter of the space, just squeezed right through it. Her chest and head came through nicely, but her body was caught. "Would you believe me if I said I was stuck?" she said, looking up at Ryo with a I can't even believe this look.

[Night]

Ryo looked down and smiled slightly. "Um, yeah, I probably would," she said, grabbing the pup's scruff and pulling her slightly. After a minute she got the pup out of the space and set her back down on the ground. "There you go," she said.

Sagina kicked with her back feet, and between them she was soon out of the small gap. "Thanks." she said, smiling sheepishly. She was beginning to feel like her normal self -- more calm and puppyish. "If you wouldn't mind, Ryo, I think I'd like to go home now...." she said almost shyly with a down casted gaze -- silently marveling at the fact she had said home

[Night]

"Sure," Ryo said, picking up the pup by her scruff. She jumped back over the log, being careful not to hit the pup in the process. She then jumped down. She put Sagina down again. "Sorry, just wanted to make sure you didn't get stuck again," she said, smiling gentley.

[~*Dream*~]

"Whoa...." she said as she was unexpectedly picked up by the scruff and carried back over the fallen log. She curled her feet up, so as to make herself feel more comfortable passing over it. She shook her fur out when she was put back to the ground. Sagina just returned the smile without saying anything. She wanted to get back to the dens, but wasn't looking forward to talking with Kiba again.

Ryo headed back towards the dens, but stopping every once in a while to let Sagina catch up. Once back home, she looked around, noticing Hougen was asleep while laying in the sun. Kiba must be inside. she thought, as she noticed Kiba wasn't anywhere outside.

They reached the dens not much longer. She assumed Kiba to be in the den, but she didn't have a clue where Genba was. After stalling for some time, Sagina left Ryo's side and walked cautiously into the den. "Kiba?" she called uncertainly, looking around the den for him.

[Night]

Kiba was laying down in the den. He had his head on his paws, but he wasn't asleep. He was thinking. When he heard Sagina, he turned away. He felt bad for snapping at her, but wouldn't admit it. "What?" he asked.

[~*Dream*~]

She finally spotted him, further in so that the sun didn't reach him. He was a black shadow against the brown den. Sagina's ears went back, not in anger; but in a general feel-bad way. Walking forward quietly, she sat near by; tail around her legs. "I'm sorry for earlier. I didn't mean to anger you." she said softly.

[Night]

"Well, you did," Kiba said, picking his head up off of his paws to look at her. It was onvious he wasn't angry, as his fur wasn't bristling.

Yes, because this is all MY fault. she thought, but worked to keep a peaceful face. Getting up, she padded over and nudged him with her paw. "You're not still made at me? Right?
